Our Tape In hair extensions come with an eight week guarantee, from the date of purchase, for any defects due to a manufacturing error. Please contact us immediately you perceive there is a problem.
All hair must be sent in & tested before deemed defective. If the hair is defective, it will be replaced with new hair at no cost to the stylist or consumer.
The following behaviors will void the eight week guarantee:
We can only exchange hair that has not been taken out of the packaging or damaged in any way.
That being said, you can return the hair and exchange it within four weeks of purchase for any other products that we sell.
We do not charge stylists a restocking fee as we know you are exchanging the product in order to help your client. However, you will be responsible for the shipping to and from our business.
We can only credit you for a return of product that has not been taken out of the packaging or damaged in any way.
That being said, you can return the hair within four weeks of purchase for a full credit without any restocking fee except for a 6% credit card fee.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to get the product to us.
